To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.


 We operate on a 14 day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days from the day of receipt to request your return. You then have a further 14 days to return your items to us.

• Enter your order number and email address you used for the order in the fields above and click Start

• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

• Items MUST have their original brand tags, packaging and returns label attached, otherwise your return will not be accepted

• Items with marks, stains, damage, perfume etc will not be accepted for return

• Please note we do not accept returns of underwear, opened socks and face masks due to hygiene reasons

• We offer 1 free exchange per order for our UK customers (not valid for items in the sale)

• Exchanges can only be done for a change of size, or colour if this is the exact same item.

• It is not possible to exchange for an entirely different item or different priced item, in which case it is easiest to create a return and order the other items

Why a 14 day returns period? 

As a very small business, our stock is usually very limited - I often only have 1 or 2 items per size. By having a 14 day returns period, it means we can get the item back on the website quicker and allow another customer to get their hands on it. You still have 14 days to request a return and a further 14 days from then to return your item, so there is plenty of time to decide whether you like an item or not. 

Can I use my own returns method?

Yes, of course! You can send your item directly to us to the address below at your own cost. Even when using your own returns method, you must still enter your returns request above. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any items which fail to arrive, so use a tracked option if possible.

Can I return an international order?

Absolutely, you are able to return your order at your own cost. Please note that we do not cover any additional import duties or costs for your return - if any extra costs are incurred by us, we will deduct these from your refund. Even when using your own returns method, you must still enter your returns request above. We advise to use a fully tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns that fail to arrive. How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item within 3 working days of arrival. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your bank statement, which depends on your payment methos, bank or card provider and this time frame is completely out of our control. Please note that, as our returns get forwarded from our PO Box, they can take a couple of days more to arrive with us.
